The duration of a workshop can vary from 1 - 4 days depending on project complexicity and size. (Omkostningen er minimal i forhold til den opnåede besparelse. Der betales for facilitering og desuden skal der afsættes tid for alle analysedeltagere. Tidsforbruget afhænger af kompleksitet og opgavestørrelse og kan variere fra 1-4 dage.)
